Description
COncept is Meteo and CIty ,umm thats it.
Its hard to paint the whole building exspectially a ton of Windows ,so I use real photo of Building window and [layer order: Soft Light].
Umm thats better.
First this pic got only Dark & Middle color Tone (In Painter)
then I add alot light and hilight of Meteo and cloud in Photoshop ( I use reference only in building window )
2 hours in Painter , Oil pastel Tool
1 hour in Photoshop , Dodge Tool
