I think it's very beautiful, and I absolutely LOVE the vibrant colors (especially the way they feed into each other at the bottom of her dress). I just wanted to point out, however, that her boobs are uneven... like, creepily uneven. But, keep up the awesome work!

Wonderful colors.

I think you should balance your composition a bit more, though.
My eye keeps being drawn to her right side because the color and value contrast are highest in this region.
Perhaps the problem will be gone when the face is finished as the main focal point :)
